This program assists buyers that have major credit challenges, which are holding them back from obtaining a mortgage to purchase a home. If your credit issues can be remedied within 2 years, then this is the program for you. While completing the rental process, the buyer will be responsible for improving their credit by staying in contact with your mortgage advisor/credit counselor on a regualr basis to recieve financial guidance when needed. The costs involved for the RTO program is very similar to the costs involved with puchasing a home.
